How to play Mini Golf
Mini Golf gives you a focused activity to play in your browser. Sink all three holes within twelve strokes per hole. Check the relevant rule before repeating a move. Use the opening round to become familiar with the layout. Choose a clear next step rather than rushing through the instructions.
Three original obstacle courses; wall bounces and friction.
Read before acting
Read one step at a time and try it on the playing area. Match the instruction to the control you use. Keep the objective visible.
Your goal
Sink all three holes within twelve strokes per hole. The feedback beside the game helps you follow the round. Try to explain the aim in your own words.
Step by step
- Aim a stopped ball.
- Set power and putt.
- Wait until it stops before another shot.
- Use Next hole after sinking.
Controls
Touch aim, angle/power sliders and Putt. Read a button’s label before selecting it. Make sure you are interacting with the game rather than the surrounding page.
A useful example
A soft final putt can sink where a fast crossing would not. Use the example as a guide rather than a substitute for reading your board. Check the stated objective.
Watch out for this
The hole accepts only a sufficiently slow ball. A different version of the game may use a different rule. Compare the worked example with your own position. Use the reasoning, not an answer copied from a different board.
