A little bit of stats

Saturday, 02 Feb 2013 at 11:10 GMT, by OdmonAdmin

I just checked the current load and it is really good. With 207 hosts monitored everyting is smooth.
The cacti stats: SYSTEM STATS: Time:48.2667 Method:spine Processes:10 Threads:10 Hosts:207 HostsPerProcess:21 DataSources:3924 RRDsProcessed:1965 And now the best... load avg of the server ;) You can really tell when the server was upgraded (ok I had to disable the hosts... but anyway it look cool)

All monitored hosts has been disbaled

Thursday, 02 Aug 2012 at 21:10 GMT, by OdmonAdmin

Sorry! I just had enough and I have disabled all hosts. Anyone who wants to have monitoring enabled again, go to your console - devices and enable the host. Fighting with software incompability once having more then 500 hosts not responding to snmp is a nightmare. Sorry guys, but today I have a day off and 10 hours is just enough.

The upgrade is almost finished

Thursday, 02 Aug 2012 at 11:10 GMT, by OdmonAdmin

Finally I had found some time for the upgrade. It is almost finished. Please enjoy faster odmon and report any issues!

Upgrade is coming!

Thursday, 16 Apr 2012 at 11:10 GMT, by OdmonAdmin

Yes yes, the site is alive and working ;) I do not upgrade it, but anyway it has been more then 3 years active and working fine. I decided to upgrade the hardware because decent Pentium 4 with 512Mb of Ram (yes;) ) and old harddrive is not enough. The load average is sometimes well over 5.00 with 2.0 a minimum, The hardware failure is too much of the risk now. I have decided to buy new server and migrate everything. So the new is coming!

Thanks to this tool, anyone using DDWRTv24 will be able to to add device to monitoring in few clicks - it will be much easier for new users and will have complete guide for setting up ddwrt box itself. The DDWRTv24 template is very new and has ability to monitor given wireless clients SNR. Click here to see example

Odmon Demo site goes live

Monday, 13 January 2008 at 20:30 GMT, by OdmonAdmin

We successfully launched a demo site where anyone can login and view odmon in action. The demo is available at http://demo.odmon.com - use login odmon and password demo to enter. Right now the demo is read only so no changes are possible to demo data.

The devices monitored in demo site are real network devices running somewhere in the Internet, so it is possible that from time to time the graphs will be unavailable because of the device downtime.
